The debugger does not stop on breakpoints which are set in EAlert function
(Form1.prg) after line marked // did not stop after this line.

As I informed you in one of previous messages, debugger always steps into
TFormX:CreateForm (from .xfm file) unless 'Step over' is used.
But it is just a guess.
