You have to configure OE to "the server requires autentification". Then, use
as username your serial number, and as password the portion of the serial
number between the hyphens. F.e.:
- username: XPRO-12345678-90
- password: 12345678

I think I must have missed something, I never realised this NG existed. I
just loaded it up, now I can see where all the action is
I don;t recall anyone ever telling my about this, was it on the invoice
maybe?
(which I wouldn't have seen)
