- TTrackbar:lTooltips doesn't show tooltips when dragging the thumb.
- Will there be native support for the ListView control in a future version?

I belive that it depends on the focused control in the IDE. If the focus in
on the code editor or on a property or event in the object inspector, then
Xailer's help is shown. Otherwise, IDE's help is shown.

Yes, but there is no frame time to do it.
