Xailer apps not running under W95

has anyone tried to run a application built with Xailer under Windows95/95a?
Calling a Xailer-app on a Windows95a-machine it doesn't start and a system
errormessage occurs that the api-function "GetLongPathNameA" the Xailer-app
used not exist in W95's KERNEL32.DLL.
Can anyone confirm it?
