When using DBRadiomenu control and horizontal orientation, spacing works as
it should, however, when the orientation of the options is vertical, spacing
does nothing as far as I can tell.

The nSpacing property is useless when the orientation is vertical. You
should increase the control height to achieve the same result.

borders of the containing control.
