Try with something like this:
METHOD FormInitialize( oSender ) CLASS TForm1
LOCAL oFont := TFont():Create( "MS Sans Serif", 12, 0, 400 )
::oDBBrowse1:oHeader:SetFont( oFont )
RETURN Nil
