Error in TRichEdit:getLine()

Hello, I am experiencing some problems trying to get a line value with the getLine() method from TRichEdit.
It always gives me an "Abnormal Program termination" error when I try to use this method.
The example to see the error is annexed.

Hello José,
Thanks for the reply, I saw that post, but it didn't helped me at all.
I remember to see on the whatsnew from version 2.4.4 that the bug had been corrected, but I'm still getting that error.

Thanks José, it started working when I added the obj to the project.
