TInternet and Proxy

It seems that the TInternet class is not working when you are behind a proxy.
When using a laptop with direct access it works fine...
Is this a known problem?

Maarten,
The class TInternet uses Microsoft own API. If IE works on your side I guess
it should also work the TInternet class. BTW, I am afraid we are not under a
proxy right now, but I personally was one year go (ISA server) and I did not
have any problem. (Of course I was using a proxy client software and I had
the necessary privilegies).

Well IE is working fine...
I don't get any error message from the class, so I really don't know what the problem is. I can only test without proxy and then it's working ok.
