error compiling in xailer2

i get the erros not only when i try to compile a sample but al;so for new projects

Josemo,
1) Did you install xHabour binaries from our web site?
2) Did you install Borland C++ 5.5?
3) Have you check in configuration options the paths for xHarbour and
Borland?
After all this, please compile using SHIFT+F9, copy to clipboard all the
information reported on the messages window using its contextual menu and
included on your next message.
