Minimise to TRAY Application ... how please ?

Have played with TTrayIcon and can understand what it appears to do.
But how do I make my app minimise to the tray or even just run as a tray
application only.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Can the application be made to NOT show on the task bar when it is minimised
to the tray.
