New Xailer version 1.3

Dear Xailer users,
A new beta version of Xailer is ready for any of you that would like to test
it. This new version will be in beta state a few days until we fix any bug,
and afterwards we will publish the definitive version.
Thanks in advance to any one that ones to collaborate on testing this new
version.
