thanks for the new version!
Unfortunatly with the new Xailer I get the message "The system can't
find the designated path" (or similar, I translated it from german )
while compiling a file. The previous installation worked well. Xailer is
located in the same directory in both cases. Putting Xailer into the
path suggested by the installation program does not help.
Any idea? Thanks!

thanks for your help. I forgot this, think I got this problem earlier.
It looks like the paths always are set to the same values in new
versions? It would be helpful, if Xailer would "remember" the settings
from a previous installation, wuoldn't it?

It does, but only if you install the new release into the same directory
than the previous one. All Xailer's configuration is stored in a file called
xailer.cfg, in the directory xailerbin
