Adjunto un ejemplo en el que no se muestran unos Bitmaps en Menu
desplegable.
En el Form hacer clic con botón derecho para que se despliegue el menu
contextual...
Las dos primeras opciones no se muestra el Bitmap en cambio en la tercera
opción si se muestra. El tamaño de las tres imágenes son iguales, 16x16.

No se ven porque los bitmaps son de 256 colores (hay que subirlos a 16 =
bits) y adem=E1s porque son completamente de un =FAnico color. Te =
recuerdo que el pixel (0,0) marca la transparencia, por lo tanto tienes =
que cambiar el color de dicho pixel (arriba-izquierda).
