Project manager enhancement

Mensaje por Gejza Horvath »

Hi,
almost in every project I put some DBF files into setup, these predefined tables are a
part of the distribution package. The project manager offers some predefined groups for
managing the projects components. I miss the possibility to recognize and separate group
of the DBF files attached to the project. The Add a file to project... dialog could offer
a *.DBF item. Selecting a DBF file, it is added to the project, but isn't opened and is
displayed in separate group. The Publish project function puts these files into the
myproject.zip, to keep these files together with the others.
I would like to realize this functionality.

To add any non standard file to the project you may select "All files (*.*)"
from the filter combo in the dialog, or just select the files in the windows
explorer and drag them onto the "Project mannager" window in the IDE. Those
files are added into the group "Others".
Later, when "Publish project" option is executed, those files are also
included in the .zip file.

Yes, I use this feature by this way. What I need is to have the DBF files in separate
group and not in Others, the list would be more transparent.
