hi
i posted this in the spanish forum but noone has been able to help
i have a project of a tfolder w/ two pages
a main bid info page and a detail of the bid page.
From the main bid page i put a chkbox with the intent to trigger a browse form (form3)
i cant find the syntax to trigger the event
hopefully the user can select a record that i will use to fill up the scrren for editing
in the event of a new bid record...i have no idea how to CREATE or append records to the browse but i will deal with that later
i included prj and sample dbf
i will APRECIATE any help ...since im still in diapers with xailer!

I think you should study sample DBFData6... there you can find your answer in appending and editing in the way you want.
