Local environment or ADS

I have setup my program for ADS, but when I am going to develop/program I want to use the data/folder on my c: How do I tell to use ADS or not?

If you use Datacontrols use the property TADSDataSource:cConnect. If this is
not the case, please consult ADS docs.
