How can i connect to MySql Databases on my site

Hello to all
I want to connect to my site databases (MySql) please inlight me how can i do this.
I have the ip address, the name of database, user name and password.

Dionisis,
Maybe the DLL si missing. BTW, try to connect to the DB with any
administration tool.
