How can i use a pre-printed invoice and pass field info on it ?

Hello to all
I need to "draw" a pre-printed invoice ( the invoice is on a tif file),
then info must be passed on it based on a database fields, and finally 3
copies of the invoice must be printed.
Is it possible to do this?
Any help would be appreciated
