1.6.6 Bug with folderpage + tmemo background color

Problem exist only with Vista:
Form with coloured background blue - TFolder with 2 folderpages transparent
(blue too)
on FolderPage 1 TMemo with background colour clWindow changes the background
colour when mouse moves over it
When the parent of TMemo not is the folderpage but f.e. TPanel then it is
ok - see FolderPage 2
Could you fix it?
