Foldertabs backgroundcolor

Hi developers,
is there a way to make the Tabs of a Folder transparent or change their backgroundcolors?
I tried it without success assigning TabItem:nClrPane
or SetBkColor(GetDc(TabItem:Handle),nNewColor).
Any idea?
