New Xailer version 1.3

Dear Xailer users,
A new beta version of Xailer is ready for any of you that would like to test
it. This new version will be in beta state a few days until we fix any bug,
and afterwards we will publish the definitive version.
Thanks in advance to any one that ones to collaborate on testing this new
version.

Note: The file 'Whatsnew.htm' is not up to date, only the Spanish version
'LoNuevo.htm' is ready. We will publish the new file next monday on this
