i don't see any bitmap from resource, why ?

The bitmaps, icons, etc., have to be as files on disk, not embebbed into the
resource file. That's because the IDE need to open them directly in order to
be shown.
BTW, AFAIK, the borland resource compiler is one of the few RC that can
handle those resource files. I.e., MS rc.ex can't handle them. So, it's
another good reason to do so.
