Yes. You can connect to virtually any database throw ODBC. We plan also to
support OLEDB in the near future.

from your app. Xailer makes easy to use SQL, but SQL is in fact SQL and it's
not the same as dbf.

BTW, the free (.org) version of [x]Harbour does support comix compatible
dbfcdx. There is only one feature that isn't available in the free version:
the bitmap filters, that is, RMdbfcdx.

much, so I'll wait till you have full support for Xharbour.com until give
Xailer a try. Nevertheless I congratulate you for your product and your

Well, "Bitmaped Filters", "Fast Filters", "Advantage Optimized Filters",
"Match Six", are the same or very similar algorithms that consist on
filtering records based on the index information, and without reading the
records themself. AFAIK, RMDbfCdx provides only this feature over the
standard DbfCdx, which is itself commix compliant.

Well, "Bitmaped Filters", "Fast Filters", "Advantage Optimized Filters",
"Match Six", are the same or very similar algorithms that consist on
filtering records based on the index information, and without reading the
records themself. AFAIK, RMDbfCdx provides only this feature over the
