I write in local.xailer.english about the Xailer start error in Demo
Pre-release 7 on Win98SE.
The error was:
GPF (code=c00000fd)
Stack overflow
TCOMBOBOX:WMNCCALCSIZE() (or sometimes TCOMBOBOX:WMSIZE())
TCOMBOBOX:WMSIZE()
TCOMBOBOX:WMSIZE()
TCOMBOBOX:WMSIZE()
...
Jose Lalin said that this error was fixed.
Now I have to inform you that the error still exists in Xailer 1.0
(xailer10.exe) on Win98SE.
The error arises every time after Windows loading. Xailer is the first
program I start.
The error message window appears under Xailer splash window.
Maybe you will be able to reproduce and fix this error.

Yes, I saw it some months ago when starting the IDE and never seen it again.

Moreover, I've put a trace into the method TCombobox:WMSize, and never is
executed during the IDE startup!
Please, be sure you are using the lastest Xailer. See what version appears
in the IDE's splash window.

No, I'm using the latest version (Version 1.0 (July 2006)). I've became a
registered user in the previous week and downloaded it on Saturday (8 July).
The first string in error message is usually TCombobox:WMNCCalcSize (not
WMSize as you trace) and the second is TCombobox:WMSize and so on.
Also maybe you cannot catch this error because I'm using Win98SE Russian.
It's very annoying bug. System resources is falling down to 3-6% after it,
and other programs often stops to load. I want to help you fixing it very
much. Maybe you send me special test version of IDE which will write some
necessary debug info into log file, or it will use some other methods. I
will send this info to you.

I 've tested your fix and this error does not appears any more. Thank you
very much for your work.
But I noticed that Xailer has some changes in its work. I just want to ask
if it's an expected behaviour.
In the previous versions, when Xailer starts or opens project, the Object
Inspector window appeared in the foreground.
Now in the same cases the Project manager window appeared in the foreground.

But I noticed that Xailer has some changes in its work. I just want to ask
if it's an expected behaviour.
In the previous versions, when Xailer starts or opens project, the Object
Inspector window appeared in the foreground.
Now in the same cases the Project manager window appeared in the foreground.
