Encrypt()/Decrypt() bug

Jose,
at the 28th of march I informed you about a bug in the encrypt()/decrypt()
functions.
I tested it again with PR7a
Decrypt(Encrypt(cText,cCrypt),cCrypt)
returns still the wrong value.

Those functions are going to be rewriten completely. Please, use their
xHarbour equivalents: hb_encript() and hb_decrypt()
