Hi,
in an WinNT SP2 environment I get this error message after starting a
Xailer application (Pre7):
"The procedure entry point GetLongPathNameA could not be located in
the Dynamic Link Library Kernel32.dll"
What can I do?
Best regards, Timm.

Timm,
From our web page:
"Xailer is compatible with all the operating systems of Microsoft starting from Windows 98 and is perfectly adapted to gain the maximum advantage of the new visual themes of Windows XP"
You have found this problem now that we may found a work around for it, but you surely will find more errors with that old operating system. I am afraid we can not support it, sorry.

Timm,
there is a way to solve it with a little hack but the MSDN docs says
clearly that NT should have at least SP 3 installed.
Best regards,
Timm.

Ignacio,
José,
sorry, I was not aware that WinNT 4.0 is so old (seems, that I am getting
older, too ;->).
I will tell my customer to install the available service packs, perhaps the
application will
works then.
Best regards, Timm
