Xailer & OZ Software

I tried sending a ZIP file of less than 4K and got the message:
Outlook Express could not post your message. Subject 'TComboBox OnExit?',
Account: 'news.xailer.com', Server: 'news.xailer.com', Protocol: NNTP,
Server Response: '441 Articles may not be larger than 70000 bytes', Port:
119, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 441, Error Number: 0x800CCCA9
What am I doing wrong?
I want to show you a simple example of the TCombobox OnExit event not
firing.

Outlook Express kept telling me my 1st message when I did exceed the 70k
limit was rejected even after I removed the EXE to cut down the size. I
thought it referred to the subsequent messages with smaller attachments
which obviously got through.
