Xailer & OZ Software

When I replied to the message re: new documentation pdf file, Outlook
Express gave me grief about a newsgroup called 'local.xailer.pro.en' not
being accessible.
The name has a nice ring to it (for me). Does it exist and how can I get to
it if it does?

this group is for registered customers.
If you already are, just configure this account with the username and
password you received when you purchased Xailer and you are done.

I am a registered customer.
I tried entering the username/password as Cristina Alonso explained it when
she received my order. local.xailer.pro.en does not show up as a newgroup
in news.xailer.com.
I see 2 olivares and 5 ozs newsgoups, local.test and this one,
local.xailer.beta.

I use OE too, and I can see all NG. Please, restore (or read again; my OE is
in spanish) the NG list, and try again.
