64-bit and the use of Unicode are inseparable and both options unfortunately have some drawbacks, which are:
- Impossibility of using any 32-bit DLL or ActiveX, such as Fast Report
- Migration of all character fields in tables and databases from Ansi to Unicode

Thank you very much to all the participants. Unfortunately, the results obtained are not representative due to the low participation. We are clear that the 64-bit version is necessary, but we wanted to know if there was something that was needed more urgently, since we are aware that for many of you, 64-bit can wait.

Xailer 10 will include 64-bit support, using UTF-8 as the programming charset (in the code editor). We intend for Xailer 32 to also be compatible with UTF-8 and therefore compatible programs for both platforms can be created without changing a line of code.

It is an important work that we hope will be worthwhile and offer a long life to Xailer.
