New form displays when running executable, but not within Xailer

Hi,

This happened last week with a different project that I had written months ago. I thought it was some fluke, or that maybe I lost some files since then.

But I started building a form from scratch. After building and running it, it won't show up in Xailer. It DOES show up, if you run the executable directly outside of Xailer.

I tried putting in some ALTD()s when creating the form, but it just returns to Xailer right away.

Hello,

The form is shown on the IDE. But in my case in order to run it from the IDE I had to run Xailer as system administrator. As you can see your exe file has the windows shield:

And surely is because you include the word 'update' on its name.

Thanks Ignacio,

I was able to run it from Administrator, as you suggested. I tried on both my office and home PCs.

Also, I don't understand the relevance of the 'UPDATE' string in the project name. This is happening with several projects.

(Everything is fine now, thanks. I'm just asking what is the significance of 'UPDATE', although it doesn't really matter.)

No question about it. I was just trying to clarify your remark about the 'UPDATE' substring.

Anyway, doesn't matter, everything's working fine, thanks Ignacio.
