no forum notification

Hi,
I haven't received any notifications from the forum for 7 months.
(a few days after I was added to the Pro Users group).
In "Manage subscriptions", it shows all the forums I'm subscribed to.
In "Edit notification options", is enabled, I haven't changed anything.
I did the Unsubscribe and Subscribe, but it didn't solve.
