Tmapi logon error

Dear all!
Problem: Cannot logon the default email client with TMapi in Windows 10 and Outlook 64bit.
The error message is: The specified procedure could not be found.
Also tested with the SimpleMapi sample.
Any idea what the problem is and how to use Outlook 64bit for the email instead of SMTP or Outlook 32bit
