Code Strategy Question

I have coded a form that will be 90% similar to another form I need to code.
The main dataset will change, but many of the supporting datasets will be
the same and the user interface will be very similar. I am wondering if I
can simply make a copy of the .prg and.xfm file, name it something
different, and import it into the project to save coding time. Is this the
best strategy?
TIA,
Gary

Gary,
Use the menu option File->Save as copy ... And that's all!
