Xailer 2 activation

I'm setting up a new machine for Xailer 1 & 2.
I got one activation left & I used it for a Xailer 1.9.9 and then I
install version 2 (March 2009) on the same machine but cannot activate.
How does the activation count works for version 2, I don't think version
2 require/consume one activation ?
Error message:
You have no more activations available, you should revoke any of them or
buy a new license.
Xailer 2 activation

David,
It should not consume any activation if is installed on a machines which
aslo has the 1.9 installed. BTW make your registry via Email in any case.

It should not consume any activation if is installed on a machines which
