Demo Version not working

Hi,
I`m trying the last demo of xailer, but when compiling, there is an error message:
- xailer-error.jpg (31.2 KiB) Visto 5407 veces
I have installed the Xailer Demo and the harbour32setup4.exe

Michael,
it seems a problem from Mingw. Perhaps it's corrupted, or it has not read+write permission on your HDD. Try to disable your antivirus, or configure it to allow Xailer, Harbour and MinGW to write to the disk. If it not fix the problem, try to delete the hb32 folder and reinstall our Harbour binaries.

both does not help.
Do I have a wrong version of mingw?

Michael,
I have the same files (date+time and size) in my Mingw folder. Also, I've checked that libintl-8.dll has an entry called "libiconv_set_relocation_prefix". So, I don't know where the problem is. I suspect that your Mingw installation could be corrupted, or there is something that is blocking the compiling process. Are you sure that your antivirus is not blocking Xailer, Harbour or Mingw?
BTW, I'm also using Win10 Pro 64
