Dear Jose,
1. Do you plan add event for toolbar button. I think on event when button
press and hold after I can add new vertical toolbar under this button. I
don't know maby exist this control.
2. Which event fire when mouse move over start of toolbar (cursor change
image) ?

Sorry, but the only event for toolbuttons is OnClick. Toolbar is a windows
native control, and we are limited by the own windows behavior.
