Hi Ignacio,
I believe it is simple for you to reproduce, see:
1-In Windows, rename your MyControls folder to any name (see IDE .... User Files, field Components)
2-Open Xailer (use an official version of Xailer [eg 4.0.1], not this customized version).
3-In the XAILER/IDE, with an open project, any control, go to "Create user control."
4-In the "Create user control" window, click the OK button (no need to change anything), the error message will be displayed.

The MyControls folder is created, it is easy to note that lack a file.

While we wait for an official solution, I created a simple patch (here).
This bug was reported to Ignacio since the day 29 april. We would like a solution, someone needs something more?

Yes,
but since the 29th that I reported the bug, you claim that you can not reproduce the bug.
This is not an official version, did not say that the fix is for the reported problem.
