Euro sign problem with German Codepages

Hi all,
my applications use ASCII-databases therefore I have to translate the
strings from ASCII to ANSI and bachwards to ASCII when saving.
This is ok but I cannot translate the ANSI-EURO sign i.e. from a
edit-control (ASC = 128) by ANSITOOEM() into ASCII-Code. It is always
translated to the Underline (ASC 95).
Has anyone an idea to solve this?
