Good morning,
We have an awkward problem with spammers on our Web forum. Despite having a 'captcha' to register, we have an average of 100 register request per day. For this reason we have disabled the online registration. To register on the web you must send us an email to support (at) xailer.com with your first message you want to publish and the login name you want to use.
