Problems with xailer 3.0.2 Portable

Hello to Team
Recently i change the HDD in my work pc. Xailer 3.0.2 portable not work (ask to made a new registration!) i knew that xailer portable was pen-drive or external HDD depended and computer independent. Am i wrong?
Xailer 2.7.5 works perfect without any problems on the same machine (with the new HDD).
Why did not working as expected?
