Dear developers!
When I use menuitems 'Find' or 'Find in files' in the IDE and put a Russian
search string, I can find only case sensitive strings in Russian text
('Ignore case' is ON).
It would be great if I can find all case-insensitive strings in Russian
text. The setting 'ToolsEditor optionsCharacters set' is set to Russian.
Xailer version is 1.9.3
XP Prof Russian with SP2.

We'll try to fix it ASAP, althoght it's a little difficult to us because we
all use latin characters, not cirilyc ones, and we even can't recognize
when a char is upcase or lowercase. Please, send us several strings, in both
upcase and lowercase, as well as their image (a screenshot is ok).
