About Xailer 3, we did post a message on Google+ and Facebook but unfortunately it was only in Spanish. I include just below its translation (by Google. Sorry for being so lazy):
It's been over 20 days since we published Xailer 3.0 Beta and logically have been some problems in a few users, but in truth many fewer than we expected. One of them has puzzled us for the way you have MinGW working. But by volume, there have been few problems encountered.
We are surprised the high level of participation in testing this draft and we can only thank you in heart and patience shown interest.
We are able to post Xailer final three already, but there have been several small and 'cons' that we are delaying, such as:
1) We have decided to incorporate support for the new version MariaDB Xailer 3 Enterprise.
2) A last minute change in Harbour causes Super expressions like:???? not work and have to be modified by :: Super:????. Harbour's version we have supplied with the Beta does not have this problem, but we understand that version 3 has come out with a newer version of Harbour include this change to address this problem as soon as possible. This type of construction we are using in our files XFM.
3) We are incorporating some important new IDE as a code formatter and hopefully some time for further improvement.
