First of all Merry Christmas and a Happy and prosperous New Year to you and your family. Now for the new xailer 3. What are your thoughts about us who pay annual (from 2008) for support and upgrades. The MinGW 4.7.1 is not included with the installation, from where we can download it?
And finaly when expected to have the final product and mainly with what cost

There is no extra cost to upgrade to Xailer 3 for active subscribers. The actual Xailer 3 is in BETA stage, and for that reason it can not be registered. On next days we will publish the definitive Xailer 3.0 and you will be able to register it as usual.
MinGW is included on Harbour instalation. Check the directory:
