Hi!
I would like to use a rubber band in a form.
Don´t know if rubber band is the right name for it, so please take a look at
the attached picture.
Is this possible?

I don't understand what do you want, sorry. Do you mean a dotted box
that resizes when the user drag the pointer, just like the IDE does on
the form editor?

here you are a working sample. It's done directly on the form, but you
may do the same way on any own control.
