When the nAlign is set to Left or Right the controls does not have the same look (border, selected tab, etc)

Yes, it's ok. Windows has no way to paint a folder (or tab) vertically.
In fact, it only can paint it with 'top' tabs, and we managed to paint
it 'bottom' also. But the Theme API doesn't support vertical tabs.
