Xailer and Clipper CDX
Hello! Are there limitations for using Xailer with Clipper CDX? So Clipper 5.3 is creating the indexes.
We are in the transition in rebuilding an old Clipper application to Xailer, so in the meanwhile both applications are using the same databases and indexes (created by the Clipper application)
I've noticed that the indexes sometimes get corrupted when the Xailer application adds data to the database. More specific: it is getting corrupted for the Clipper application.
Also Xailer sometimes cannot search on index and we have to use the filter to find.
Is this a known problem or is something misconfigured in the Xailer app?
Xailer is using tDBFDataset and tCDXDataSource.

Hi,
I suggest you make your tests using our sofware xaDbu (https://www.ozs.es/files/xaDbu/xaDbu20.exe). Xailer includes a limited version of xaDbu in the menu option: Databases-> Explore DBF.
Regards,
