Now in Xailer 2.0 there is no RUWIN (RU1251) codepage in DBF Table editor
(DatabaseDBF explore...). Please look at 'Sort collation for index files on
native RDDs' in DBF editor configuration.
This codepage exists in Xailer 1.9.8.

Also in DBF Table editor when I open some .dbf with russian characters in
fields, I cannot see them. Maybe you use non-default codepage in text font.

There are some changes, additions and removes in the codepages from
xHarbour. We'll review it ASAP to find an alternative cp.
