if the FolderPage property lTransparent := .T. the text in the TMemo will be
transparent too when the mousecursor is moved over TMemo. The sample is
attached.
This behaviour appears only on Vista. See my post from 2007-09-22

Yes, it clearly seem a bug in Vista. However, I've fixed Xailer to avoid
that bug. We'll publish the fix next week.

Yes, it clearly seem a bug in Vista. However, I've fixed Xailer to avoid
