IDE problem # 1
There is a problem with the display of tab Control pages the FIRST TIME you
open a form in the IDE.
If the page appears with focus say on tab #3, you will see the contents of
page #1.
Once you click on the tabs it works properly.
I have observed this for many months.
This appears to be easily repeatable including in 1.9.4
Regards
Chris

IDE problem # 1
Hi Chris
Have you tried reordering the controls in the object inspector using the
arrows
I find sometimes you put a control down, say a status bar and it doesn't
appear. You reorder the controls , close the project and reopen, and bingo,
it's all fixed. Took me ages to work this out, frustrated the hell out of
me.
It seems to be especially important when you are docking things.

Ok, yes, I can confirm this is a bug, it's only a bug at design time. When
you reopen the project the browse is on the wrong tab. Once you click the

IDE problem # 1
Nick,
The nAlign property is COMPLETELY DEPENDENT of its creation order. The
alignment system of any control is based on the existing empty area bebore
its creation. That is why when you change the creation order of the
controls, its position and sizes may change considerably.
In order to force the complete redraw of the form you may push the 'XP'
button of the Object inspector twice.
Regards,

The nAlign property is COMPLETELY DEPENDENT of its creation order. The
alignment system of any control is based on the existing empty area bebore
its creation. That is why when you change the creation order of the
controls, its position and sizes may change considerably.
In order to force the complete redraw of the form you may push the 'XP'
button of the Object inspector twice.
