In Xailer there is a similar feature: "abbreviations". F.e., type in a new
line 'if' (without cuotes) and press <ctrl>+<b>. You get this:

ENDIF
The | character means the cursor position.
You can see, add, delete or change abbreviations in the "editor options"
dialog, under "tools" menu.
ITOH, we are working also in 'intellisense' and 'sintax help tooltips',
which will be available only for Xailer 2.0 and above.
